How do I pay for my order? We use the Paypal checkout for our online store. This means you can pay using either your Paypal account OR your debit / credit card when you get to the checkout.
When will I get my order? – Most of our jewellery is made to order. We always aim to make and dispatch your order within 3 working days (and often on the same day). Sometimes we may be be waiting for more stock to arrive. and it can take a little longer. If your order is going to take longer than 5 days we will contact you to let you know. If you are in a hurry please let us know when you place your order and consider our next day delivery option to speed up the postage part.
Standard Despatch and Delivery
We aim to dispatch all orders within two to three working days although at busy periods this may be up to 5 working days.Standard postage is just £1.50. Orders will be shipped via Royal Mail using first class post.
Signed For
If you prefer your order to be signed for on delivery please choose our ‘signed for’ option at £3.50
Need Something in a hurry?
If you need it quickly to be sure we suggest you choose our ‘Next Day Delivery’ option. We will make and despatch your order in one working day and post using Royal Mails’ Next Day Delivery service. This means that you will receive your order by 1pm. If you select ‘Next Day Delivery’ on Thursday your order will be posted on Friday – but may not arrive until Monday morning as Royal Mail is unable to guarantee next day delivery for Saturday morning. The Post Office charges us £6.90 so that is what we charge you!
Very Last Minute?
Need something even sooner? Please ring us on 07827870697, sometimes we can get orders in the post the same day so you will receive your jewellery the next day.
